SteelSeries shoppers have a fresh batch of July 2026 discounts to check before paying full price for gaming peripherals. WIRED’s coupon coverage lists a 15% headset code, a first-order discount for new customers, and several no-code sale categories on SteelSeries’ own site.
The clearest offer is for headsets: WIRED says the promo code POWERUP15 takes 15% off SteelSeries gaming headsets. That applies to a category where WIRED reviewers recently gave favorable coverage to the Arctis Nova Elite and Arctis Nova 3P Wireless. A headset is not exotic hardware, but it is one of the few accessories that can change both game audio and voice chat at the same time. The discount applies at checkout, according to WIRED.
New SteelSeries customers also have a separate first-order offer. WIRED says the company has a coupon for 10% off a first full-price purchase. The catch is in the wording: WIRED says shoppers should skip the sale section and use it on full-price items instead. That makes it more useful for products that are not already marked down, such as some mice, controllers or other accessories.
No-code discounts on SteelSeries gear
Several of the listed promotions do not require a code. SteelSeries’ deals section includes headsets, keyboards, controllers, mice and other gear, with WIRED reporting discounts often reaching 30% or more. WIRED also notes that several colors of the Arctis Nova 3P Wireless are currently listed there.
Bundles are the biggest percentage cut in the roundup. WIRED says SteelSeries’ gaming bundles section offers discounts of up to 39% on grouped peripherals. The listed bundle categories include keyboards, headsets and controllers. One example called out by WIRED is the White Out Core Bundle, which it says is 22% off.
Controller buyers also have a no-code route. WIRED says SteelSeries’ gaming controller section has discounts of up to 30%. Keyboard buyers get a similar setup: WIRED reports that SteelSeries keyboards are discounted by as much as 29%, though not every model is on sale. WIRED’s reviewers previously liked the SteelSeries Apex Pro, and the current keyboard section includes multiple versions and colorways of that line.
What to check before buying
The offers split into two basic types: codes that need to be entered manually and sale prices already applied on SteelSeries’ site. That distinction matters because the first-order coupon is described as applying to full-price purchases, while the deals, bundles, controllers and keyboards promotions are presented as existing sale prices.
WIRED says its product picks are made independently by editors, while also disclosing that it may receive compensation from retailers or purchases made through its links.
