The current Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream sale puts Nintendo’s Switch life sim at $52.99 through Woot, down from its usual $59.95 price. Woot lists the discounted copy as the region-free international version, which the retailer says will run on all Switch consoles.
The game is built around player-created Mii characters living together on an island. Players can model those residents after family members, friends, celebrities, fictional characters or whoever else their Mii-making patience can tolerate, then give them homes, decorate those spaces and watch the island’s social chemistry get weird.
Woot’s listing also says the game includes improved loading times for Switch 2 owners. The discount is modest, but for a recent Switch release with a strange enough premise to survive comparison to Animal Crossing, $52.99 is the lowest figure cited in the retailer listing.
